If you consider Luther Campbell an authority on college football, this is enormous news for USF.

Rap icon and avid Miami football fan Campbell said that USF "just made a power move" Monday with the hiring of new running backs coach Telly Lockette, who was the head coach at Miami Central High School.

"He will be able to get any kid out of South Florida that he wants," said Campbell to CBS Sports, which first reported the Lockett news.
