USF added two more assistant football coaches, who bring a combined 24 years of experience, to the staff on Friday.

David Reaves will coach the wide receivers and Eric Mathies the defensive line. In addition to their coaching both have extensive experience in recruiting.

"David and Eric bring a great combination of on-the-field coaching experience and
recruiting prowess," said head coach Willie Taggart.

Mathies was with Taggart at Western Kentucky where he headed recruiting for three years. Reaves is a Tampa native.
