New USF head coach Willie Taggart has said he wants to build a proverbial fence around the Tampa Bay area so that its best recruits don't leave for other colleges.

Apparently Taggart is showing one local recruit where the opening in the fence is located.

Robinson high offensive lineman Connor Rafferty has had his scholarship withdrawn as reported by the Tampa Bay Times.

"We were blindsided by this," said Robinson High departed head coach Mike DePue.
