USF point guard Anthony Collins has been released from a Tampa area hospital after taking a knee to the head in the Bulls win over George Mason on Saturday night.
Collins was released early Sunday morning after several tests all came back negative according to USF public relations. There is no word on if Collins could return to action immediately.
