San Jose State head coach Mike MacIntyre has reportedly been interviewed by USF for its head coaching vacancy.
The website SBnation had the story though MacIntyre, getting his 24th-ranked Spartans ready for the Military Bowl, would not comment Thursday.
After going 1-10 his first year in San Jose, MacIntyre's team was 5-7 which earned him a contract extension through 2017. This season SJS was 10-2 with its only defeats to top-20 squads Stanford and Utah State.
