During his appearance Wednesday morning on WDAE Skip Holtz announced the previous, and somewhat surprising, plan to redshirt running back Lindsey Lamar has been scrapped.

Due to injury concerns with second-string running back Marcus Shaw, Holtz told Lamar that he is back in the rotation.

"He set my office with a grin from ear-to-ear," Holtz said. "I know he's really ready to play."

USF is at Nevada, which knocked off Cal last week on the road, this Saturday.
