James Wilder Jr. finds himself on the wrong side of the law again.

The Plant High standout was arrested in Tallahassee Sunday for the third time in less than a 12-month span.

The Seminoles running back was released from the Leon Jounty jail after posting $500 bond after missing a December court appearance on charges of driving with a suspended license.

Wilder's first arrest came last February on charges of obstrucion of a law enforcement officer without violence.  He was also arrested in June for testing positive for alcohol, though the level was within legal range.

According to athletic department spokesman Elliot Finebloom, Seminoles head coach Jimbo Fisher is aware of Wilder's latest arrest.
