The ACC Champion Florida State Seminoles are headed to Miami to play in the Discover Orange Bowl against the back to back champions of the MAC Conference, the Northern Illinois Huskies.  This game marks the first time ever that these two schools have played each other.

Head Coach Jimbo Fisher looks to continue his perfect record in bowl games (2-0) at the helm of the Seminoles.  Fisher has taken the Noles to a Bowl game in each of his first two seasons with the Noles.  This will mark Fisher’s first BCS bowl as head coach.

The NIU Huskies, who hail from Dekalb, IL, finished the season with a 12-1 and won their second consecutive MAC title beating Kent State in overtime on Friday night.  Their head coach Dave Doeren was hired by North Carolina State the day after winning the MAC title, and will not coach in the bowl game against FSU.
