Now entering his fifth year in the majors, C Chris Gimenez will be spending his second season with the Rays after playing for the Indians and Mariners. 

Gimenez told the Ron And Ian Show Thursday morning that Tampa Bay was "the best place to play, ever," and says he feels sorry for players who have to hit against the Rays' picthing staff. 

It seems that the players are really excited to start the season and we hope the fans feed off of that energy!
