The latest edition of Baseball America’s Prospect Handbook released earlier today has the Tampa Bay Rays back up near the top of the rankings falling in at fourth.  The Rays rebound from 11^th place the year before in the annual rankings.

The three teams ranking ahead of the Rays are the Cardinals, Mariners and Texas Rangers.  Overall, here are the top 10 prospects in the Rays organization per Baseball America:
