Fromer Rays first baseman, Carlos Pena, has agreed to another one-year contract. Pena has signed for $2.9M with incentives that could total another $1.4M. This is the seventh major league team that Pena with be playing. Carlos is making his return to the state of Texas where he broke in to the majors with the Texas Rangers in 2001.
