Rays pitcher David Price feels his chance of winning the American League Cy Young are good after seeing the candidates for the award, yet he is still impressed by the competition.

He is one of three candidates for  the award along with Detroit's Justin Verlander and Los Angeles' Jered Weaver. Price said,"I feel like I put forth a very good body of work, and I feel like did do enough,"

Price led the AL with a 2.56 ERA and shared the AL lead in wins with Weaver at 20.

Weaver spoke very highly of the competition,"Anytime you're in there with Verlander and Weaver, guys like that, that's a good group to be a part of because those are guys that make a push to win this award every year."
