Tampa Bay Rays DH Luke Scott is likely to return for the first game of the Rays' home stand against the Detroit Tigers on Thursday. 

However, in order for the move to be made, Chris Archer was officially sent down to Triple-A Durham.  Archer went 0-2 with a 3.09 ERA in his two starts against the Nationals and Royals.   

Scott, however, has not been officially activated, but it's speculated that he will make his return on Thursday night.
