A weekend post by SI.com hockey writer Stu Hackel includes some rather interesting comments about the Lightning coaching situation.

In running down some of the coaches who may be on the "hot seat" due to it being a shortened season, Hackel says there are "rumblings" that Lightning GM Steve Yzerman is no longer "enamored" with Guy Boucher.

Hackel goes on to write that if the Lightning miss the playoffs, or maybe even before the season ends, they would consider making a coaching change. He mentions the recently fired Lindy Ruff along with the coach of the Lightning's top minor-league affiliate Jon Cooper.
