The injury concern over Quincy Black is growing.
The Bucs linebacker needs neck surgery and does not appear close to returning to football action.
"Quincy is in the early stages of where he's going to be long-term," GM Mark Dominik told the Tampa Bay Times from Mobile, Ala. Tuesday.
