The 2012 draft is shaping up as a real good one for the Buccaneers. Their first three selections made significant contributions and they're now being recognized for it.  Running back Doug Martin, linebacker LaVonte David and safety Mark Barron were named to the Pro Football Weekly/Pro Football Writers Association 2012 All-Rookie Team.

Martin amassed more than 1,900 yards from scrimmage and scored 12 total touchdowns.  He rushed for 1,454 yards during his rookie campaign.  David led the team in tackles and tackle for loss.  He also added 2 sacks and and one interception.  Barron was 4th on the team in tackles and added one interception along with 10 pass-breakups.  And how about this: All three rookies played and started all 16 games.
