As reported by WDAE's Ronnie Lane, GM of the Bucs Mark Dominik announced that running back LeGarrette Blount will be held out of practice due to injury.
Though Dominik, according to Lane, was somewhat cryptic he did say Blount would undergo an MRI on his neck and back.
Dominik told reporters on Wednesday that Blount " felt a stinger and it just made us nervous the way he felt it." "That's part of the reason you saw what you saw because he lost some strength. That makes us obviously very nervous about our players. And so that's why we took it real serious about MRIs and had him go see a specialist out of state."
Blount is now cleared to practice with the team after a Charlotte, NC specialist deemed him eligible to do so.
Dominik proclaimed " He's back tonight and he'll be on the field tomorrow and ready to go."
