The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today released details regarding gameday enhancements that fans can expect when attending games at Raymond James Stadium this season.
"Free stadium Wi-Fi, top-of-the-line game production, a new replay system, and bolstered customer service are just some of the improvements Bucs fans will now see at Raymond James Stadium. We're leaving no stone unturned in our efforts to maximize home-field advantage and make Sundays memorable for our fans," said Brian Ford, Vice President of Business Administration.
Buccaneers fans can now look forward to a variety of improvements to their gameday experience, headlined by the new stadium-wide Wi-Fi, which is available free of charge. Fans can take advantage of this wireless access to enjoy the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Official Mobile App, the team's tablet and smartphone application, which is offered for Apple, Android, Blackberry, and Windows devices. Among its many other uses that apply to all Buccaneers fans, the app will unlock special features when used at Raymond James Stadium on game day.
For an improved in-game experience, Tampa Bay has hired an outside production company to produce all of the club's home matchups. The innovative group has produced the past 18 Super Bowls, and its expertise will be combined with a brand-new replay system, as well as several new cameras installed to increase the number of angles for improved replays. Also new this season, fans will have the chance to go Under the Hood, as the stadium BucVision boards will display the same replays that the field officials view on sideline monitors. These advancements will ensure that fans in the stands receive the best quality gameday atmosphere.
Prior to kickoff at each game, fans can experience a special "Bucsparilla" pregame celebration, with the team's Gasparilla float - manned by Captain Fear and his Krewe - parading through parking lots and tailgate areas around the stadium, distributing Buccaneers beads and other prizes to the crowd.
Additionally, greatly augmented customer service will be a top priority in 2012, with dozens of additional trained Buccaneers staff posted around the stadium. Quads A and C will feature new Guest and Member Relations Headquarters, staffed by employees ready to aid fans with any questions or issues.
For Club members, Clubs will open an hour earlier and close an hour later than they did in 2011, and both Club entrances will also benefit from a box office ticket service concierge stationed to answer any questions.
To purchase individual game tickets, fans may visit www.Buccaneers.com or call (800) 745-3000. Those interested in becoming season pass members may also visit the team's website, or may call 866-582-BUCS (2827).
