Tampa Bay general manager Mark Dominik has announced today that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have terminated their contract with safety Tanard Jackson. Dominik stated the reasoning for the termination as a failed physical.
Jackson played in 10 games last season for the Buccaneers, finishing with 35 tackles and two interceptions.
Jackson was a fourth round pick of the Buccaneers in 2007.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today that they have terminated the contract (failed physical) of S Tanard Jackson.
Jackson entered the league with the Buccaneers as a fourth-round pick (106th overall) in the 2007 NFL Draft. During his time with the team, he started in 56 career games, recording 324 tackles and 10 interceptions.
