Filed under the "This Seems Like It Didn't Need An Entire Investigation To Find Out The Results..." category, CNN recently investigated the effects of marijuana while operating a vehicle. For the most part, the drivers drove slower and had some hesitation. 

In the following video, three drivers of varying ages got high on marijuana then got behind the wheel of a car and drove around a test-course. 

Don't worry, the news network had a driving instructor accompany the drivers to avert any chance of an accident, and police watched from the sidelines to spot any visible 'signs' of inebriation in their movements.



Some people that have already viewed the video find it entertaining, while others have used it in the crusade to legalize the drug across the country.

 

Two of the most storied programs in college football history will collide in Miami, FL Monday night. For one, it seems it is a common recurrence. For the other, it’s been a long time coming.

Nick Saban and his Alabama football team have been here before. For some of them, this will be their third trip to play for the crystal ball after winning titles in 2009 and 2011.

Across the field will be a Brian Kelly-led Notre Dame squad who has regained their place in the college football annals after sailing to a perfect 12-0. The last time the Fighting Irish won a National Championship (1988) some of the players on the current roster weren’t even born yet.

If Alabama wins, it is quite possible that the Saban-coached Crimson Tide of the past four years will be looked upon as one of the greatest dynasties in college football history. Although, folks in Tuscaloosa don’t like using that word. In those four years, Alabama has gone 48-5, with two SEC Championships to sit next to those two Coaches Trophies.

If the Irish win, it is quite possible that this team will be looked upon by some ND faithful as one of the greatest resurgences in college football history. Although, there’s a lot of folks who don’t think it was ever that bad for the Irish. In those four years, Notre Dame has gone 34-16. Due to Notre Dame being independent from a conference, they are unable to play for any title aside from the BCS National Championship.

Two great programs. Two great teams. Two great coaches.  Two great legacies. And they will come to a head Monday night at 7:30 on 620 WDAE.

Whether you will be shouting "Roll tide" when Alabama takes the field or belting out the lyrics to "Notre Dame Victory March" when the Irish run through the tunnel, one thing is for certain: this is one of the most highly anticipated title games in BCS history.

Both teams, both coaches, and all of the players are playing for more than just hoisting a crystal football; they’re playing for their moment in history. And whoever wins, it will be well deserved.
