Pat's friends at Coppertail Brewing Company know that Pat doesn't just like drinking their delicious beer, but he's fascinated by everything that goes into making it, so they invited him back to try a hop rub. This process is how breweries like Coppertail select hops for their beers. Typically the brewers will fly out to the hop farms to select the hops right at the farm, but thanks to Coronavirus, they've had to have the hop selections mailed to them to rub at the brewery. Monday Pat got to try out the process and learn more about everything that goes into creating his favorite beers!
