We all love the passion of the one and only Dick Vitale, but the 81 year old ESPN college basketball commentator is taking to social media and pleading with people in the state of Florida to follow CDC guidelines with wearing masks and social distancing to attempt to stop the spread of COVID19. Vitale out and about this weekend in Siesta Key grew tired and concerned with the sights he was seeing, took to his twitter account to plead with people to wear masks and following the suggested guidelines.
The state of Florida has set new records most of this past weekend with positive COVID19 tests with another 8,530 positive tests announced Sunday, totaling 141,075 with 3,149 deaths from COVID19.
