Last year it seemed like every stalwart for the Tampa Bay Lightning went down with an injury. One of the few positives that were taken out of the season was the true emergence of Nikita Kucherov as a star player. In this young season Kucherov has picked up right where he left off. Monday night he scored the game-tying goal and assisted Brayden Point on the game-winner as the Bolts beat the Washington Capitals. After the game Kucherov talked about his big night.
